This is the first post of this new blog. Here I will be reviewing, discussing and updating my challenge list on the books I want to read in 2011.
I am a 21 year old student with a huge passion for books. This year I've challenged myself to read at least 100 books, at least 35,000 pages and to read a book by an author from every letter in the alphabet.
I read all kinds of books (although I have a slight aversion to overly romantic novels!), my favourites being true crime and crime thrillers, but I really will read most things! I have a massive, ever-growing collection of books in my house, it's difficult to count but I'd estimate we have around 1,000 books in various places around here. I read for pleasure, but if I get asked to recommend or review a certain book I'm always happy to do so!
